What is Low Deuterium Water?

Deuterium-reduced water, also known as "living water" or "light water", is water in which deuterium is found in a lower concentration than in normal water. The average deuterium level in normal water is 150 parts per million, or a ratio of 1 deuterium atom to 6400 hydrogen atoms.

Deuterium contentof the surface waters in the climatic zone of Romania is 150 ppm (parts per million), with minimal fluctuations. The waters in the equatorial zone contain 155 ppm deuterium, and the waters in the northern part of Canada are composed of 135-140 ppm deuterium. The amount of deuterium measured in water in a given geographic region is directly proportional to the concentration of deuterium in organisms living in that region.

In the 60s, in the former Soviet Union, researchers studied two populations, in two different regions, whose members were very old and very healthy. Their living habits, including feeding, were very different, but they had one thing in common: both populations drank glacier water. The special feature of the glacier water in question, compared to ordinary water, was that it had a low deuterium content, being formed tens of thousands of years ago.

For children and young people, the amount of gas dissolved in the body is four times less than in adults. The explanation is that as we age, the water inside the body ages and retains waste and gases. If we could replace the “polluted” water inside the body with pure water, we could give ourselves a better and healthier life. Deuterium-containing water can help purify the body.

Deuterium concentration Reducing the amount of deuterium in the body means replacing the normal water in the body, which has a deuterium content of 150 parts per million, with water with a low deuterium content.
The most effective method for decreasing the amount of deuterium in the body consists of direct water consumption…Continue reading
