RESPONSABILITĂȚI PRIVIND PRODUSELE
SC MECRO SYSTEM S.R.L. nu garantează că descrierea produselor sau orice alt conținut al site-ului este lipsit de erori sau că este complet. SC MECRO SYSTEM S.R.L. nu-și asumă responsabilitatea și nu poate fi făcută responsabilă pentru niciun fel de pagube aparute prin folosirea în orice fel a produselor achiziționate prin intermediul acestui site, produse pentru care SC MECRO SYSTEM S.R.L. nu oferă nici o garanție, exprimă sau implicită.
SC MECRO SYSTEM S.R.L. nu garantează și nici nu va putea fi considerată responsabilă în cazul în care produsele achiziționate nu corespund scopului pentru care au fost achiziționate.

Produsele (atunci când este cazul) sunt însoțite de certificate de garanție ale producătorilor. Orice reclamație va fi adusă la cunoștința Qlarivia.ro în maximum 24 de ore de la receptionarea produselor, urmând ca aceasta să fie transmisă furnizorului produselor respective, spre soluționare.
POLITICA DE RETUR
Conform Ordonantei nr. 130/2000 (actualizată de OUG 34/4.06.2014) privind regimul juridic al contractelor la distanță „Consumatorul are dreptul să notifice în scris comerciantului că renunță la cumpărare, fără penalități și fără invocarea unui motiv, în termen de 14 zile lucrătoare de la primirea produsului”.
• Notificarea se va trimite la mailul office@qlarivia.ro/, iar produsul poate fi returnat către noi în 14 zile de la primirea notificării. În cadrul mailului este nevoie să atașați copie după factura și chitanță
• Pentru a respecta termenul-limită de renunțare este suficient să trimiteți comunicarea pe mailul office@qlarivia.ro/ înainte de expirarea perioadei de retragere.
• Produsul nu trebuie să aibă urme de deteriorare sau uzură.
• Cheltuielile de expediție vor fi suportate de Dumneavoastră. Prin deschiderea ambalajelor individuale în care au fost livrate produsele comandate înseamnă că sunteți de acord cu aceste condiții de utilizare și că produsele sunt cele comandate și corespund cerințelor dumneavoastră. Produsele se pot returna prin orice firmă de curierat care asigură livrarea coletului la punctul de lucru, aflat la următoarea adresă: Str Traian nr 3, sect 3, București.
• SC MECRO SYSTEM S.R.L. se obligă să restituie sumele incasate pentru produsele returnate, în termen de maxim 14 zile de la data denunțării contractului
• SC MECRO SYSTEM S.R.L. poate amâna rambursarea până la data recepționării produselor care au făcut obiectul vânzării sau până la momentul primirii unei dovezi din partea consumatorului conform căreia acesta a trimis produsele către profesionist, luându-se în considerare data cea mai apropiată
În cazul în care Clientul dorește înlocuirea unui produs cu un altul, toate costurile de transport și ramburs, dacă este cazul, cad în sarcina sa.
În cazul în care, din greșeală, ați primit un alt produs decât cel comandat, ne asumăm costurile de retur și vom depune toate eforturile pentru a vă înlocui produsul cât mai repede. În cazul în care nu se dorește înlocuirea produsului, veți primi banii înapoi, în maximum 14 zile calendaristice de la returnarea produsului.
În cazul în care nu se poate executa contractul deoarece produsul nu este disponibil, trebuie să informeze consumatorul despre această indisponibilitate, iar sumele pe care acesta le-a varsat ca plată, în cazul plății cu card bancar sau OP, vor fi rambursate în termen de 14 zile calendaristice.
Rambursarea sumelor pentru produsele returnate, indiferent de motivul returului, se face în contul bancar al titularului comenzii, conform informațiilor trimise de către Client. În acest sens, Clientul va comunica în scris contul IBAN, banca și numele complet al titularului de cont, în vederea efectuării transferului. Comerciantul nu se face răspunzător de transmiterea eronată sau incompletă a datelor pentru efectuarea plății produselor returnate.

DREPT APLICABIL. LITIGII

Prin folosirea (vizitarea sau cumpărarea produselor) site-ului www.qlarivia.ro/, utilizatorul se declara de acord asupra faptului că legile române vor guverna Condițiile și Termenii de utilizare de mai sus și orice dispută de orice fel care ar putea să apară între utilizator și societatea MECRO SYSTEM S.R.L. și partenerii săi. În cazul unor eventuale conflicte între SC MECRO SYSTEM S.R.L. și clienții săi, se va încerca mai întâi rezolvarea acestora pe cale amiaabilă. Dacă rezolvarea pe cale amiaabilă nu va fi posibilă, conflictul va fi soluționat în instanță, în conformitate cu legile române în vigoare.
